• ​Grade AO-HEO Civil Servant or equivalent

• ​Intern, work experience, student or looking to move into the public sector

• ​Responsibilities include day to day delivery or management of operational activity, policy, research, administration, managing engagement programmes, project delivery.

• ​Career changing/experienced civil servant wanting to progress to the next grade

• ​1-5 years work experience
